- 2012 – Executive Director received the Presidential National Award as a Member of the Order of Rokel, Mor-3rd Highest National Award.
- 2011-2013 – Best Implementing Partners Award by UNFPA.
- 2013 – 2nd UNFPA Global Competition on Family Planning Advocacy and Research.
- 2014-2018 – Numerous local and community awards for Health Development Advocacy, Monitoring, and Reporting from local councils and youth groups.
- 2022 – First National Health Summit – MoHS awarded HFAC-SL as the Best Civil Society Organization in promoting Health and Wellbeing.
